The hotel has a convenient location close to attractions. The staff was friendly.

The room cleanliness was below par. There was hair left in the shower. Housekeeping did not do a thorough job. The breakfast service was inconsistent. On some days, the food was cold.

the location is convenient and very close to the waterfront. the staff were really good and helpful . i especially appreciated the spa, i enjoyed a detox wrap and massage. the rooms were very spacious and the beds were comfortable.

the cafe is a bit noisy, since it sits over a road with a curb. it didn't bother me too much, but it is noticeable.

I have found the service here excellent. the staff were helpful and friendly. the hotel has a relaxed atmosphere. the room was large and clean. Bottled water was replenished every day. i also appreciated the quality bathroom products provided. the hotel parking was useful.

I noticed the shower drain was somewhat clogged! it would fill with water. small items like the shower cap weren't replaced daily. this was a minor inconvenience. It didn't spoil my stay.
